• Standard Transit Times: While estimated transit times vary depending on the product type, supplier location, and shipping method, the majority of standard deliveries arrive within approximately 5–7 business days after shipment.
• Oversized Freight: Please note that oversized wellness products—such as saunas, cold plunges, and other large equipment—require specialized freight coordination and may have extended transit windows. You will be notified of any extended shipping time required.

2. Shipment Tracking

• Tracking Updates: Tracking information is typically sent via email within 24 hours of your item leaving the warehouse (using the email address provided at checkout).
• Support: If you have not received tracking details within three business days of placing your order, please reach out to our team at support@livewellistic.com.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Options

Sauna Deliveries

Because our saunas are substantial, high-quality investments, they require specialized LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight handling. To ensure a seamless experience:

• Pre-Delivery Consultation: Upon receiving your order, we will contact you to verify space requirements, product features, and electrical specifications. This ensures you are fully prepared for your delivery.
• Delivery Expectations: Your items will arrive on an 80x40 inch skid with multiple boxes securely stacked and wrapped. Please note this process cannot be expedited like small parcel shipping.
• Damage Reporting: Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Cold Plunge Deliveries

Because our cold plunges are substantial, high-quality investments, they require specialized freight handling. To ensure a seamless experience:

We work with various manufacturers to offer different tiers of delivery for your convenience:

Complimentary Curbside Delivery

Many of our products include complimentary curbside freight delivery.

• The Process: The carrier delivers the product to the nearest accessible area immediately outside your home or property (e.g., the end of a driveway).
• Your Responsibility: Customers are responsible for moving the product indoors or to its final destination after delivery.
• Timeline: Transit times for curbside deliveries generally range from 5–7 business days following order processing.

Threshold Delivery

Available for select products, this service upgrades your delivery beyond the curb into a protected, dry area, such as:

• A garage
• A covered porch
• A secure entryway

(Availability varies by specific product and carrier.)

White Glove Delivery

Select products may qualify for our premium White Glove service. Depending on the manufacturer and carrier, this may include:

• Delivery into your room of choice
• Minor assembly of the equipment
• Removal of all packaging materials and boxes

Important Exceptions:

• Sauna assembly is not included in standard White Glove services.
• White Glove availability varies strictly by product and delivery location.

4. Shipping Delays

While we always strive to provide the most accurate shipping estimates, occasional delays caused by freight carriers, supply chain disruptions, severe weather events, or local scheduling constraints may occur. These unforeseen circumstances are outside of Live Wellistic’s control, but we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding should a delay arise.

5. Domestic Shipping Only

Currently, Live Wellistic ships exclusively within the contiguous States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations at this time.
