At Live Wellistic, we are committed to delivering an elevated customer experience from purchase through delivery. We proudly offer a transparent return policy while maintaining the integrity of our premium products and supplier relationships, ensuring your wellness rituals at home are supported by the highest quality standards.

1. Order Cancellations

Before Shipment
Orders may be canceled at no charge prior to shipment. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as quickly as possible so we can process a full refund before the item leaves the warehouse.

After Shipment
Once an order has shipped or freight processing has begun, the order can no longer be canceled. Customers requesting a return after shipment will be subject to the applicable return freight and restocking fees. Please note: Orders refused at delivery or returned without prior authorization may incur additional carrier and reconsignment charges.

2. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Many of our premium wellness products—including specific saunas, cold plunges, and specialty equipment—are crafted or built specifically to order.

Final Sale: Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once production has begun. All sales for custom and made-to-order items are considered final. If you are uncertain whether a product is considered custom or made-to-order, please contact our team prior to making your purchase.

3. Sauna Deliveries

Because our saunas are substantial, high-quality investments, they require specialized LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight handling. To ensure a seamless experience:

  • Pre-Delivery Consultation: Upon receiving your order, we will contact you to verify space requirements, product features, and electrical specifications. This ensures you are fully prepared for your delivery.
  • Delivery Expectations: Your items will arrive on an 80x40 inch skid with multiple boxes securely stacked and wrapped. Please note this process cannot be expedited like small parcel shipping.
  • Damage Reporting: Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Cold Plunge Deliveries

Because our cold plunges are substantial, high-quality investments, they require specialized freight handling. To ensure a seamless experience:

  • Damage Reporting: Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If you aren't completely satisfied, we are here to help.

  • Eligibility: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
  • Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • Authorization: A Return Authorization must be requested from and approved by our team prior to shipping the item back.
  • Return Method: All returns must be processed by mail.
  • Return Labels: We provide return labels for you to download and print at no cost.
  • Sauna and Cold Plunges Return Packaging Requirements: You must keep the original boxes and the original skid/pallet. Our products require this specific, heavy-duty packaging to be returned to us safely. If the original skid or packaging is discarded or lost, it will be very difficult for you to secure a replacement, which may prevent us from accepting the return.

5. Processing

Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
